The thought of the two combined promises to be an unbelievable adventure, exactly how anyone would like it, going beyond the comfort and creating a lasting impression.
YES! we’re ready to take on the year as a travel juggernaut.
Rwanda and Uganda are both known to be hospitable destinations for all tourists from all walks of the world. Rwanda is the land of a thousand hills whereas Uganda is home to the big five.
Tip; If you’re signing up, remember to free up your mind and take on this adventure by the jugular.
The group tour is promising a fun-filled affair and the two countries certainly won’t fall short as they reel in stuff like;

KEY THINGS TO NOTE
- The total cost per person is $ 700 USD
- Slots are reserved by making a $ 150 USD deposit (Email; info@ficient7.com) to reserve a slot and request for the payment details
- Balance should be cleared a week to the travel date with bit payments spread across or a convenient full payment
- The basic requirements needed for travel before you cross borders will be sent on a WhatsApp wall upon signing up
- Accommodation is based on twin bed basis (You’ll have a roommate but separate beds).
If you prefer a separate room you'll have to top an extra amount based on the rates
COST COVERS
- Six nights accommodation
- All ground transfers as per the itinerary
- All listed Tours and activities as per the itinerary
- All entry fees and activity taxes as per the itinerary
DOES NOT COVER
- Local or international flights
- Lunches and Dinners
- Visas for Non East African residents and other document fees needed for clearance.
- Anything not mentioned
Worry not, as a group it'll be quite easy to manoeuvre in all aspects
Our policies on reservation
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable for this kind of trip 48hrs after committing
- We request that you find a replacement if you’re unable to travel by any chance
- Deposits made excluding the reservation deposit will be useful on a future trip on instances where you couldn’t travel and failed to find a replacement
- Late date cancellations are non-refundable as it proves problematic to the team plan. Also, most reservations will have been made by then
- We do not provide anything beyond the planning and the success of the trip
